Good oral health is vital to your overall health and we will strive to find a treatment solution that is agreeable to each patient’s medical status, smile goals, as well as their financial situation. We know every patient is unique and we vow to never sell anything you don't need.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, BeWell, Paypal, cash, and checks (for patients of record only). We accept payments in office, over the phone, by mail, and online. We also have a mail slot on our front door for after-hour use. Please see our office policies for additional information.
Our office is currently in-network with Delta Dental insurance as a premier provider, but we are happy to submit to any private insurance companies on your behalf.
Effective January 1, 2019: Riverbend Dentistry will also be in-network with the State of Missouri’s new Metlife dental plan. (We will not be contracted with any other Metlife policy besides MCHCP.)
Patients must provide accurate insurance information at the time of their appointment; if insurance cannot be verified, the patient will be considered self-pay.
Our staff may try to quote fees for services prior to your appointment, but please note that every patient and policy is unique. We will do our best to help give you an idea of where “average” costs begin. Please remember it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to be aware of their insurance benefits and eligibility. We can also submit an optional pre-determination as a courtesy.
Full payment of estimated deductible and coinsurance, if applicable, is expected at the time of your appointment.
